How long does it take to process an order?
We craft every order after it's placed, and it normally takes 1-5 working days to ship it. Delievery is between 5 -10 working days after dispatch, depeding on shipping method and location.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted if noticed within 14 days after the order was received. Shipping costs and any loss in value is covered by the buyer.
What are your sizing options?
Custom sizes are available for nearly every item we make. In most cases, simply choose the closest size (can vary by 2 inches / 5cm) and include a note with the order what size you prefer. You can also send us an email or message and we will mark your order as custom size.
